Please, bring a copy of your PowerPoint or PDF presentation to the conference on a USB stick and provide it to the technician before the sessions start, in the day or before in which your talk is scheduled.
You should arrive at the presentation room 15 minutes prior to the first presentation in that session and make yourself known to the session Chair.
Presentations will last:
Plenary: 25 minutes + 5 minutes discussion
Keynote: 15 minutes + 5 minutes discussion
Oral: 12 minutes + 3 minutes discussion
This is a short communication in which the research idea will be presented, and questions will be answered in the poster session. You should bring a copy of your PowerPoint or PDF presentation with no more than 3 slides.
Presentations will last 2 minutes (questions at the poster)
For poster presenters
Poster shall have a vertical orientation (Maximum dimensions: 80-100 cm wide x 100-150 cm long)
Please, bring the hard-copy of your poster to the conference.
Your poster will be identified by a number that will be used to identify the board in which it should be hung.
Posters will be shown during the conference and You will have to hang the poster yourself with our help in the morning and take it down at the end of the conference
You should confirm your assistance to:

Gala dinner: as we are finalising the meal catering arrangements, we would like to ensure that we accommodate everyone's dietary preferences, and we would like to request your input regarding your specific dietary needs.
o Could you please provide us with information regarding any dietary restrictions or preferences you may have? This could include any specific allergies, such as nuts, gluten, lactose, or seafood, as well as any vegetarian, vegan, or other dietary preferences
In addition, we understand the importance of being mindful of our environmental impact, and as such, we are doing our best to carefully estimate the required quantities of food based on the confirmed number of attendees.

Let us know if you are not attending the whole conference (or if you will not be joining the lunchs, coffee break and/or gala dinner). By confirming your attendance, you will greatly assist us in avoiding unnecessary food waste.

We will make every effort to accommodate your dietary needs and create a delightful experience for all attendees. Your response by February 1ST would be greatly appreciated so that we have ample time to plan accordingly.
